You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges are available for items that are in stock and returned in original condition. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund and cover return shipping where applicable.
